TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
Payment
Studio and Mixing sessions are hourly pay. Remote Mixing and Mastering sessions are per-quantity pay. A non-refundable deposit of one (1) hours worth of in-studio time is required to hold your session spot on your specific date and time and will go toward your session payment. Deposits have to be paid before the date of the agreed upon session. Studio and Mixing session payments are due at the end of each session. Cash or Card only. Remote Mix and Master payments are due in full up front and work on your material will not begin until payment is received.
Mixing & Mastering
-Mixes are based upon the tier of mixing you have chosen.
-Masters come with 2 revisions.
-Songs are returned in standard WAV format, but other formats can be requested such as MP3 and FLAC.
-Allow 2-5 days turnaround time for each mix or master.
-Only songs with track-outs in WAV or similar lossless format that are lined up and labeled will be accepted to mix.
-Songs to be mastered must be sent as WAV or similar lossless format.
-Invoices will be sent to your email via PayPal.
You must have a storage drive or a valid email to receive finished material. Content can be burned to a CD but you must provide the CD.
Basic Studio Rules
Sessions begin at the agreed start time and end at agreed end time. Due to the size and nature of the studio only two artists are allowed in the studio at any given time. Only artists contributing to the production and making of music shall be present in the studio. No weapons allowed in the studio or residency. The finding of weapons will result in a ban from the studio as well as no refund. No smoking in the studio or the residency.
Late Sessions/ Refunds and Cancellation
If you are 15 minutes late for your session your session will be cancelled. If you arrive under 15 minutes past your start time your session still ends at its original time and payment for the full session time is due. Sessions cannot start early. Sessions can be cancelled no less than 24 hours prior to your session start time. You are entitled to a full refund of your deposit for cancellation of your session at the fault of Music To Prosper. Mixes and Masters may receive a refund if the work to be done has not yet been started.
Legalities
You, the artist, are responsible for any damaged or stolen property in the duration of your stay in the studio as well as within the residency. We reserve the right to use any finished material made in this studio as promotion on our website (www.musictoprosper.com) and other music streaming services as well as request production and engineering credit for material (songs) made in the studio.

These terms and conditions are subject to change.
